Success criteria
Section titled “Success criteria”POC success is defined before rollout begins: Rilla must meet agreed CDN deflection targets while playback and system metrics remain within acceptable thresholds.
| Category | Metrics and definitions |
|---|---|
| Cost and scale |
|
| Playback Stability and QoE Guardrails | Ensure no regression compared to a CDN-only baseline:

| Peer Network Performance | Measure how effectively the network contributes capacity:

Decision outcome
Section titled “Decision outcome”The POC produces clear answers to four rollout questions:
- Can Rilla deliver meaningful CDN cost reduction at scale?
- Does it maintain or improve playback quality under load?
- Is integration viable within current systems and timelines?
- Is the platform ready for phased or full production rollout?
